          SABER ESPERAR

            Si somos personas que vamos, aunque sea rápidamente, pero observando el ambiente, el movimiento de las personas, normalmente éstas con prisas, no cedemos el paso, no prestamos una ayuda… estamos encerrados en nuestro pequeño mundo egoísta. Ciertas nieblas y todo aquello que nos impide ver claramente, empiezan a desaparecer cuando, poquito a poco, va llegando la luz… es decir, que hemos ido descubriendo el problema.

            Lo importante es saber ver, pero mejor todavía, dentro de esa espera, saber mirar. Hay que aprender a aceptar y esperar a los demás como un don. Y así podremos construir un mundo más humano y solidario, donde se respire vida, solidaridad y paz.

            Hoy lo que predomina es ser eficaces, dar solución a todo o casi todo. En fin, hacer muchas cosas. Ya casi ni pensamos y menos aún, reflexionamos.

            Las nuevas tecnologías están a nuestro alcance, ¿Por qué no se utilizan para que predomine siempre el diálogo y la dignidad de las personas? ¿Por qué tienen que sobreponerse los intereses a las vivencias? Qué lejos tenemos todavía la meta de la solidaridad y el diálogo. Siempre hay tiempo, nos responden las personas optimistas. ¿Tendrán razón? Sepamos esperar.

          KNOW HOW TO WAIT

            If we are people who go, even if quickly, but observing the environment, the movement of people, usually these in a hurry, we do not give way, we do not give a helping hand ... we are locked in our little selfish world. Certain fogs and everything that prevents us from seeing clearly, begin to disappear when, little by little, the light comes ... that is, we have been discovering the problem.

            The important thing is to know how to see, but better yet, within that wait, know how to look. We must learn to accept and wait for others as a gift. And in this way we can build a more human and supportive world, where life, solidarity and peace are breathed.

            Today what prevails is to be effective, to give solutions to everything or almost everything. In short, to do many things. We hardly think anymore and even less, we reflect.

            The new technologies are within our reach. Why are they not used so that dialogue and the dignity of people always prevails? Why do interests have to prevail over experiences? How far we still have from the goal of solidarity and dialogue. There is always time, the optimistic people answer us. Are they right? Let us know how to wait.
