            EL GRAN INTERROGANTE

            Los acontecimientos que van surgiendo cada día, son un interrogante que está ahí y espera una respuesta, su respuesta. La vida misma nos interroga cada momento y espera su propia respuesta. La vida es un don que recibimos gratis. Es verdad, pero en el fondo, es un misterio.

            Todo cuanto amenaza la vida… nos está pidiendo una respuesta personal, social y liberadora. Ojalá que nunca permanezcamos indiferentes. Por encima de todo, optar y respetar la vida. Es un don que hemos recibido y nos pide arriesgar, comprometernos, romper esas seguridades que nos hemos ido fabricando personal, familiar, socialmente… en definitiva: situaciones cómodas.

            Pensar en la otra persona, conocer su situación… y luego, buscar una respuesta liberadora. Todo acontecimiento está ahí, no se trata de aplicar definiciones personales, sociales… todo cuanto nos llega es un interrogante que está ahí y nos pide a todos una respuesta inteligente y liberadora.

            Las definiciones son intelectuales, bonitas, pero las respuestas que liberan, que comprometen como es el ejemplo; no conocen los límites. Seamos personas esperanzadas que descubren valores, que dan sentido a nuestra vida.

            THE BIG QUESTION

            The events that arise every day are a question that is there and awaits an answer, its answer. Life itself questions us every moment and waits for its own answer. Life is a gift that we receive for free. It is true, but deep down, it is a mystery.

            Everything that threatens life... is asking us for a personal, social and liberating response. May we never remain indifferent. Above all, choose and respect life. It is a gift that we have received and it asks us to take risks, to commit ourselves, to break those securities that we have been making for ourselves personally, family, socially... in short: comfortable situations.

            To think about the other person, to know their situation... and then, to look for a liberating answer. Every event is there, it is not a question of applying personal or social definitions... everything that comes to us is a question that is there and asks us all for an intelligent and liberating response.

            Definitions are intellectual, beautiful, but the answers that liberate, that engage as is the example; they do not know the limits. Let us be hopeful people who discover values, who give meaning to our lives.
